Wildhorse At Prospect is a master-planned, whole-ownership community of luxury homes located between Mt. Crested Butte and the Crested Butte Mountain Resort Ski area. The site has breathtaking views of the East River Valley and the Elk Mountain Range with easy access to a wealth of year-round recreational activities. Construction of thirty distinctive, high-quality homes began in 2005 by Eagle Resort Development and Haselden Construction and was completed in 2008. Since 2015 five additional homes have been built. The PUD master plan allows for construction of up to seventeen additional homes.
