Matt has lived in Montrose, Colorado since 2008. Before moving to Colorado, Matt lived in Guatemala for 6 years as a Peace Corps volunteer followed by a field director position of a none-for-profit organization. Matt has a bachelors degree from Iowa State in wood science and forestry and was the general manager of Forest Classic Log Homes prior to starting his own general contracting and radon mitigation business. Matt and his wife Dorcha have been property owners in Wildhorse since 2010. Matt, Dorcha, and their three daughters Luella, Billie and Vita can be found skiing, biking, hunting, fishing and camping around Crested Butte. “We are so blessed to call Wester Colorado home”.

John and his wife Rhonda have called Wildhorse their home away from home since 2015. They have three children and one grandchild who love visiting as often as possible. John is a transactional lawyer in San Antonio and has served on the WH board for several years, including as president. Most summer days you will find John out on the trails with his faithful golden retriever Samson.

Chris and his wife Andrea came to Crested Butte in 2003 and became Wildhorse’s first full-time residents in October, 2009. They run Pilot Consulting, a business advisory and training company with 30 years experience serving corporations world-wide in the areas of change management, merger & acquisition integration, and leadership/executive education. Chris and Andrea currently split their time between Crested Butte and Littleton, Colorado. They enjoy many outdoor activities and ar the proud parents of their son Allen Joseph.

Claudia and her husband Bruce Kelley came to Wildhorse in 2020 when they and 3 sons and their partners where all working remotely. Claudia and her family had enjoyed skiing in Crested Butte before, but now they also love the hiking, mountain biking and frisbee golf in the mountain. Claudia and her husband Bruce are both bankers, but Claudia recently retired. They split their time between Crested Butte and Miami (Coral Gables).

Allie and her husband, Brian, first discovered Crested Butte in the fall of 2014 while on vacation. They instantly fell in love with the area and put together a plan to make Crested Butte their home. They purchased their house in Wildhorse in 2018 and two years later became full time residents, leaving the city far behind. Allie enjoys outdoor activities, regardless of the season, and spending time in nature with Brian and their two boys. Whether gardening with neighbors to beautify our common spaces or coordinating pop-up happy hours, Allie enjoys bringing our community together while appreciating the beauty that surrounds us.
