Wildhorse’s overall property manager is Toad Property Management who manages and generally takes care of the entire Wildhorse property. Your HOA quarterly fees include their work that is primarily focused on our landscaping, overall appearances and snow removal. Over the last decade, they have also helped us at points to solve problems with regards to the water, sewer, irrigation, phone, internet, irrigation problems, TV outages, and exterior home damage such as roof leaks or any maintenance issue that may come up. They have been forward facing and highly responsive to refer us as an HOA, as well as to individual owners, to other service providers as well.
