The Wildhorse Home Owners Association are proud to have Toad Property Management as our 24 x 7 x 365 management company. Run by Rob Harper, the new owner as of 2015, he and his team have built one of the largest and most respected companies in the Gunnison Valley.
Toad is Wildhorse’s “first responder” and conduit for dealing with on-going maintenance, landscaping, and snow removal needs. In addition, Toad manages the administrative aspects of collecting and accounting for HOA finances.

Some owners have elected to have additional services provided in the form of concierge, home security, and cleaning services. Toad Property Management serves many residential and commercial property owners associations, providing administrative and practical services. This enables the associations to function efficiently and within the framework of Colorado Law.
By advising HOA Boards and administering the Board decision's the day to day running of the association is enhanced and regular Board meetings run efficiently with minutes posted to a public website ensuring transparency to HOA members.
Toad also handles several short and long term rental properties within the Crested Butte area.
